What this site collects

The consultation form collects your name, email, optional phone number, selected pathway, enquiry message and consent. A request reference and creation time are stored with your submission. Please do not include passport numbers, identity documents, banking details or detailed personal immigration records.

How the information is used

Information is collected to record and respond to your enquiry. Requests are stored in the site’s database on the hosting platform. Email notifications are not currently configured. Your details are not placed on a public page or exposed through a public request-list API.

Hosting and other services

The site uses OpenAI Sites and Cloudflare infrastructure to serve pages and store enquiries. Processing may occur outside Canada. The hosting platform may use access cookies and operational logs. This site does not add advertising trackers or an analytics service. The guide finder’s choices remain in page memory and are not submitted.

Phone, WhatsApp and map links

When you open WhatsApp or Google Maps, those providers’ privacy terms apply. These services are linked rather than automatically loaded as embedded tracking content.

Your choices

Use the contact channel on this site to ask about access, correction or deletion of an enquiry, or to withdraw consent for follow-up. Withdrawal does not undo processing already completed. The operator must confirm retention and any additional email provider before a public launch; no automatic deletion schedule is currently configured.
