That depends mainly on how quickly the source-of-funds record can be completed and how long project selection takes. Neither is fixed. Set your own milestones instead
Give each document an owner and a target date, then review progress fortnightly. Choose a structure, complete diligence, sign, transfer, file. After filing come visa availability, immigrant visa or adjustment processing, conditional residence, and a petition to remove conditions ordinarily filed within the ninety days before the second anniversary.
Also diarise a check on the capital thresholds, since statutory adjustments begin in 2027 and may affect a later filing. One discipline keeps a long process from drifting: review the document list on a fixed day each fortnight and record what moved, rather than reviewing it when something happens. Cases of this length are rarely derailed by a single obstacle; they are derailed by three months in which nobody chased a bank archive.
The same applies after filing, where visa availability, processing and eventually the petition to remove conditions each have their own evidence requirements, and the evidence for the last of those accumulates during conditional residence rather than being gathered at its end.
